MurmurTide is built for gentle peer support. It is not therapy, diagnosis, treatment, emergency support, dating, or anonymous social posting.
Adults only
The experience is intended for adults. The product asks users to confirm they are 18 or older before entering the interactive flow.
No contact exchange
The product discourages personal contact details, identity exchange, harassment, sexual content, and attempts to turn a vulnerable note into a private chat.
Reporting and moderation
Users can report a bottle. The moderation queue surfaces reported content, latest report reason, notes, and review status for operation checks.
Crisis boundary
MurmurTide is not emergency care. If someone may harm themselves or another person, they should contact local emergency services or an immediate crisis resource.
